Follow these instructions to build a better smoothie!
1. Build a good smoothie from the bottom up! Always start with the liquid ingredients. This will help the blender’s blades to spin freely and not get stuck.
2. Next, add the creamy ingredients such as yogurt, fresh fruit, avocado, or peanut butter.
3. Finish with any frozen ingredients such as frozen fruit or ice.
4. The last step is to blend the ingredients until everything is smooth!
