American Girl Los Angeles

Westfield Century City has a parking lot for all guests. The closet parking is on P1 Green near Gelson’s, or P2 Yellow near Gelson's. If you are being dropped off, the closest drop-off point is the Taxi Stand on Century Park West. Valet is also available.

Westfield Century City does offer free parking for the first hour for all guests. At this time, we do not offer parking validation.

American Girl Los Angeles is located on the second level of Westfield Century City, near The Dining Terrace. The store is between The Lego Store and Tender Greens, across from AMC. There are two levels of shopping, with a salon and ear piercing on the first level, and café, personal shopping, and bookstore on the second level.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Samsung Mobile Pay.

We hope that you and your girl love your purchase from American Girl. If for any reason you don't, we'll try to find a way to make it right with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund for purchases within 90 days. Be assured we'll do our very best to take care of you, but from time to time, we will not accommodate a return.

You may return or exchange your item(s) at any American Girl store location. We only accept returns of products purchased directly from American Girl, either online or at an American Girl store. Please return all other products to the original place of purchase. All returns are monitored and may be limited. A merchandise credit will be issued if the purchase cannot be verified.

A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, current list price, or prorated price depending on the item(s) returned. We reserve the right to assess the value of items returned.

Create Your Own Dolls and Garments, dolls with ear piercing, and shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Items designated as "final sale" cannot be returned.

American Girl will accept returns and exchanges on any item within the Janie and Jack Collection for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

The parking lot and entrance to the store are wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator in the store and all restrooms are accessible. There is also wheelchair-accessible seating in the restaurant.

Reservations are not required to dine in our café. However, if you would like to secure a time, you can make reservations on this page. We often fill to capacity during lunch.

We will do our best to accommodate your reservation, however, after 7 minutes for salon appointments and 15 minutes for café reservations, we may need to reschedule. We're happy to consult our availability with you upon your arrival.

Curbside is not offered due to parking limitations, but store pickup is available. Please see an associate for assistance when inside the store.

There are many ways to share a day to remember at American Girl! Starting with a café visit for brunch, lunch, or teatime--we offer a menu that delights girls, including a Treat Seat for her doll. Next up is a visit to the Salon, where matching hairstyles are always available. Plus, your girl and her doll can get her ears pierced and nails done too. We also have complimentary personal shoppers that will assist with showing your girl our top gifts and special items that fit her personality. Finally, try the Styled by You experience, which allows your girl to create a personalized doll with fashions and accessories. Some of these experiences require a reservation, so we do recommend checking before visiting.

Our Los Angeles store has two private party rooms available, as well as several party packages to make planning easy. You can view the details under "parties." We recommend booking your party a month or more prior to the date--booking is open 90 days in advance.

In order to have time to shop and select your doll prior to your scheduled salon visit, we recommend coming in advance of your appointment time. Please note that we only accept authentic American Girl dolls at the salon.

Our salon team members are happy to apply a lot of TLC to get a doll's hair close to the original condition, but that isn't always possible. We are not able to repair any damage to the doll due to normal wear and tear. If you would prefer, you can take your doll to the Care Center, where the doll will once again look like it's just out of the box.
