You may return or exchange your item(s) at any American Girl store location. We only accept returns of products purchased directly from American Girl, either online or at an American Girl store. Please return all other products to the original place of purchase. All returns are monitored and may be limited. A merchandise credit will be issued if the purchase cannot be verified.

A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, current list price, or prorated price depending on the item(s) returned. We reserve the right to assess the value of items returned.

Create Your Own Dolls and Garments, dolls with ear piercing, and shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Items designated as "final sale" cannot be returned.

American Girl will accept returns and exchanges on any item within the Janie and Jack Collection for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

The parking lot and entrance to the store are both wheelchair accessible. All restrooms are accessible. There is also wheelchair-accessible seating in the restaurant.

Reservations are required to dine in our bistro. If you would like to secure a time, you can make reservations on this page.

For curbside pickup, please drive around to the back of the store. If you follow the berry-colored border around the building, you will see a door with an AG star above it. Once there, please call 407-583-8051 for curbside pickup.

After your experience getting Dolled Up, we highly encourage finishing your visit at our signature American Girl café for lunch or Tea Time. We offer a delicious menu! Reservations are recommended.
